A brothel in the Czech Republic has rebuilt the roof and the facade, thanks to the generous funding from European funds and intended for thermal insulation works. The “red light” house is located near Cheb, a stone’s throw from Germany.

The sum made available by the EU has been one million crowns, and has come through a funding program aimed, literally, for the “European Fund For Rural Development”. In fact, the structure, probably born from an old farm, is located in the countryside and has a side facing a forest. On the façade, perfectly restored, stand out an illuminated red heart and a great abbreviation XXX, eloquent symbol of paid sex. Fifteen girls apparently are working there.

The official name used to ask for support from European funds, is Pension Retro, a decidedly more acceptable term for those who offer hospitality to tourists.
