The Czech government has taken a new course concerning working places for foreigners, Ukrainians in particular. As reported by the Prime Minister of Industry and Trade, Jan Mládek, more than 5000 Ukrainians will have a possibility to come and work in Czechia during the following year.
The project is beneficial both for the country and potential employees, as there is a lack of junior technical specialists in the Czech Republic, whilst a lack of working places in Ukraine.
According to the ratified law, the process of legalization, enrollment and application will now be simplified and expedited. Nevertheless, before officially hiring a Ukrainian specialist, Czech employers will have to make a prior consideration of native applicants.
