Austrian, Czech and German police have busted a 50-member gang that manufactured methamphetamine in the Czech Republic and sold it in Austria and Germany.

In the raids, the police seized over 100 kg of illegal drugs, mainly pervitin (methamphetamine), which was worth 216 million crowns. The organized group largely consisted of Albanians and Bosnians.

The extensive operation against drug gang ended with coordinated raids on Wednesday.

The four members detained in the Czech Republic face punishment in jail from eight to 12 years for drug production.
