According to a study made by the manufacturers of GPS TomTom, Czechs spend an average of 114 hours in traffic jams, in Prague.
In Brno, the figure is lower, meaning 101 hours which is still a lot. In Ostrava the hours spent in traffic jams is about 66 hours.
Prague remains the main place where drivers spend the most time waiting in traffic jams. In this global study of the Dutch company, only three main cities have been put into the study. And in the world ranking Prague reaches the 74th position, sharing its seat with Vienna and Frankfurt.
The first place goes to Mexico, where drivers spend an average of 219 hours in traffic jams.
