Hungarian film “It’s Not The Time Of My Life” directed by Szabolcs Hajdu won the top prize at the Karlovy Vary film festival.

American actor Willem Dafoe received the Crystal Globe at the festival earlier on for his contribution to world cinematography.

French actor Jean Reno (“Leon”, “Nikita”, “Ronin”) and American screenwriter, director and producer Charlie Kaufman, who won an Oscar for the script for the 2004 film “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”, received the Festival President’s Award.

The main prize in the East to the West competition went to the autobiographical debut of Georgian director Rusudan Glurjidze, House of Others.
