According to a recent survey by Microsoft, most people get up for work before 6 am. The average time is relatively early compared to other countries in the world, but it is similar to our neighboring countries such as Slovakia.

54% participants indicated that they get up before 6 am on work days. 20% get up between 6 and 7 am, 14% between 7 and 8 am. Only 6% participants sleep past 8 am. The remaining 6% gets up according to their own work schedule.

It is, however, important to note that even though work often begins at 8 or 9 am, there are many other reasons why people get up earlier. People often have to take care of their children or walk their dogs. Many people also get up for their hobbies, such as exercising and running.mic

Famous people’s biographies show that most successful people tend to get up before 6 o’clock in the morning and exercise or do other things that they love, which they often do not have time for during the day. Therefore, if you would like to be successful, getting up early even if you do not have to will increase your chances of achieving your dreams!
