Investment group Penta Investments has received a 50% stake in the company, which had the one and only owner before – the financier’s Karel Pražák company Kaprain Group.
Penta, together with Kaprain Group, has become one of the developers of a circular area Vítězné Náměstí in Prague 6. People unofficially call this area «Kulaťák“.
“Area Vítězné Náměstí in Prague 6 is an important element of the urban interwar period. We have enough experience and innovation to offer qualitative construction that suits the concept of the space discussed,”- said Marek Dospiva, the financial chief of the Penta company.
Both partners will try to do their best to solve previous disputes with the city and meet its requirements. The new project is planned to be presented to the public within one year.
Penta is a European investment company founded in 1994. The organization works in such areas as health, financial services, manufacturing, retail and the real estate. The company’s staff includes more than 37 thousand employees. In 2015, the value of assets of the group reached 7 billion euros.
