Fresh ground pork meat sold in Lidl in Prague have been linked to a Salmonella outbreak.
Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority found in ground meat pork 500-gram package a salmonella bacteria. The manufacturer firm is the Polish Zaklady Miesne Henryk Kania S.A.
The Inspection Authority warned that some consumers may still have some at-risk meat packages stored in their freezers.


Health officials said anyone who thinks they might have contracted a food-borne illness from ground meat in the past weeks should speak with a doctor about testing.
