Another exhibition about Charles IV has opened few days ago at Karolinum: The Second Life of Charles IV.
The exhibition will focus on the perception of King of Bohemia and Holy Roman Emperor, in different periods of Czech history, and has seen the cooperation of Charles University and the National Gallery.
National Gallery will also be the patron of the other main, larger exhibition at Waldstein Riding School in Prague Castle. Charles University Rector Tomáš Zima preceded the inauguration.
The exhibition will feature artefacts coming directly from the age of Charles IV, and the main attraction will be a priceless attire that Charles IV wore, borrowed by the University from a museum in Venice.
