Celebrations of the 700th birth anniversary of Charles IV (1316-1378), King of Bohemia and Holy Roman Empire will be attended by at least three european monarchs.

Jindrich Forejt, protocol section head at Prague Castle, has confirmed by now the presence of Albert, Prince of Monaco, Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg and the ereditary Prince of Liechtenstein, Alois, and it’s negotiating about the presence of other members of european monarchies since President Milos Zeman has sent an invitation to the major representatives of nobles and monarchs of european dynasties.

Swedish and Spanish royal family have already declined the invitation, while English Royal Family, from whom was really hoped a participation, will be busy with Her Majesty’s birthday celebrations.

Charles IV’s birth anniversary celebrations are  prepared for May 14.
