Between the Tyn Church and the Old Town Hall Tower, a world record rope walker reached the distance of fifty meters of stretched ropes. While rookies were also able to test their skills at lower levels.
The event was organized by the association Život na hraně: “Just as a person has to balance the so-called slackline, the diabetic must constantly balance himself with a balancing diet, movement, approach, and be constantly on guard,” Dialac Vlastimil Milat, President of the association, described the importance of action.
Danny Menšik, the 21-year-old world record holder, crossed a 1 km long tightrope between two rocks with a height of 50 feet. On the lower rope, passers could try their own skills while on-site experts also were there to measure blood sugar levels.
